asian chopped salad from Costco (I added rotisserie chicken and some extra romain lettuce), baked squash with butter and salt, brown rice with canned coconut milk and honey for dessert

bacon, cherry tomato, and blistered green beans with cream sauce over pasta, broiled caesar salad

chicken with (leftover) potatoes, carrots, and green beans, baked squash, broiled caesar salad, and sliced heirloom tomatoes
Saturday
pizza (organic kit from Costco), also trying out a gluten free flour blend to make a different crust for those of us who avoid wheat.

sausage stuffed acorn squash, salad, apple slices
