Roasted Green Chillies By The Bushel

HOT news! I got a bunch of green chilies roasted and laid them out to freeze.

(We ate them twice today; once in some spicy omelettes and once in a delicious new concoction: Green Chilly Dressing.)

The best news is: I still have a ton left so I can experiment and use them for months to come! I’ll share the results with you.
