We made these lovely popovers for a very special Sunday breakfast and had them with fresh raspberries and whipped cream. I don’t think it really gets any better than this.
Spencer’s family has been making popovers for generations, so he came with the pan in the picture. I have also made them using a muffin tin and they turn out great. Be sure to read the whole recipe carefully and follow the instructions. It’s so sad if the popovers don’t pop.
