Mini bell peppers stuffed with eggs, smoothie after workout with strawberry, banana, almond coconut milk, spinach, protein powder

Eggs, smoothie after workout with mango, banana, almond coconut milk, spinach, protein powder (too sweet because bananas were too ripe)

Kids Breakfast

Pan Granola, fresh strawberries, unsweetened coconut/almond milk

Breakfast Cookies, clementines

Fried Polenta, smoothie

Buttermilk pancakes, applesauce

Breakfast tacos with eggs and corn tortillas

Muffins, fruit

Applesauce Dumplings

My Lunch

Roasted  Sweet Potato with Ham

Black forest ham sandwich with mayo-mustard and a slice of cheese.

Noddles with pesto

Fish tacos with leftover trout and caper tartar sauce

Snacks and Lunch addidtions

raw almonds and walnuts, dried plums

Fresh fruit-clementines, mango, nectarines, bananas, etc.

Vegetables-carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumbers,  orange, red and yellow peppers (large and small)

Dinner

Polenta and/or summer squash julienne cut “noodles” with homemade marinara and fresh mozzerella, fresh cucumber and red pepper slices–Cupcake or Chocolate Chip Cookie

Pressure cooker lamb stew, roasted green beans

Pork chops with Panzanella, oraganic sourdough, grilled clementines

Spinach and herb Torte with a potato crust, fruit, green salad

Boulliabase, crusty bread, roasted mini peppers, spinach salad

BBQ chicken thighs, grilled sweet potato, green salad
